Commercial and Office Center

A set of 4 buildings flanking a street on one side and an urban park on the other, combining employment and commerce next to an intensive residential neighborhood.

The project attempts to create a tension between the different sides of the sharp glass glazed masses.
Great emphasis was placed on ventilation and natural light for the offices, some of which also include balconies.

Precise treatment of the facades of the main building, which is approximately 150 meters long, creates a significant and sculptural urban street front in the city and strengthens the neighborhood fabric on the one hand and the connection to the urban park on the other.
